JP and Clare both arrived independently to Queenstown in 2006. After Clare qualified as a pharmacist in the UK in 2005 she started working at both Unichem Remarkables Pharmacy & Life Pharmacy Wilkinsons in 2006. JP came to town to work for NZone as a skydiver to gain his Tandem Master qualification in JP 2006.
They met through church, a love of snowboarding, and dancing in town. After JP and Clare married in 2009 they spent 4 years back in the UK before returning to their love of Queenstown. On return in 2014, they were offered the opportunity to buy into Unichem Remarkables Pharmacy and have never looked back. They became sole owners in 2019 just before the pandemic hit and are now embarking on opening Unichem Jack’s Point Pharmacy in April 2024.
